Regional Conservation Center

The Regional Conservation Hub (RCH) will host the governance for the 30 by 30 program as the regional coordination platform to accelerate progress toward achieving Global Biodiversity Targets, functioning as a supporting arm of the Member States to mobilize, coordinate, and channel financial resources toward their conservation priorities, and instead of competing for funds, the RCH expands access to sustainable financing through technical expertise, regional partnerships, and transparent allocation mechanisms that enable countries to fulfill their biodiversity and climate commitments.
